We're all about quality designs you can wear forever, in order to consume less. While we always craft our pieces with longevity, wear and tear is normal, and even the most durable pieces can get damaged. That's why we offer a 5-year warranty that covers every piece you buy for five years - free of charge. After that, we offer a lifetime repairs service for a small fee, so you can wear your jewellery again and again.

REPLATE, RESIZE, REPAIR.
REPLATING
If you notice your jewellery losing its colour over time, we're happy to re-plate it for you. With our vermeil styles, gold, of at least 2.5 microns, is layered on top of sterling silver to create a finish five times thicker than average gold plating, and far more durable.
RESIZING
Our rings can be resized up to two sizes higher or lower than their original measurement.
Please note that several designs can't be resized due to their configuration, but if we have a replacement in the size you need, we'll swap it out.
REPAIRING
Our pieces are made to be worn everyday, which can sometimes lead to damage. Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 5-year warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.

ONLINE
Enter your email address and order number (found at the top of your order confirmation email) into our online portal, and we'll automatically generate the form and shipping label you need to send your jewellery back to us.
If you can't find your order number you can login to your account to see a list of all your orders. Please ensure you retain a copy of your proof of postage for your records.
If you purchased
IN-STORE
Enter your email address and order number (found at the top of your warranty confirmation email, starting with STO) into our online portal. We'll automatically generate the form and shipping label you need to send your jewellery back to us.
If you don't have a warranty confirmation email but have an original Monica Vinader printed receipt, a department store or partner receipt, or any other proof of purchase (e.g. a bank statement), download and complete this form. One of our Customer Care Team will be in touch once we receive your jewellery. Please ensure you retain a copy of your proof of postage for your records.
If you received
AS A GIFT
If you have proof of purchase that includes an order number, enter this into our online portal. We'll automatically generate the form and shipping label you need to send your jewellery back to us.
If you have a Monica Vinader printed receipt or a department store/partner receipt, please download and complete this form. One of our Customer Care Team will be in touch once we receive your jewellery. Please ensure you retain a copy of your proof of postage for your records.
Alternatively, if you didn't receive a gift receipt, please contact the purchaser for a copy of the proof of purchase. If you can't get this from them, then please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
If you have
NO PROOF OF PURCHASE
If you can't find your proof of purchase, don't worry. You can still take advantage of our lifetime repair service for a small fee - this will trigger a new 5-year warranty on your piece. To do so, please download and complete this form.
Once we receive your jewellery, our Customer Care Team will be in touch. Please ensure you retain a copy of your proof of postage for your records.
If you're
OUTSIDE OF WARRANTY
If your piece is outside the five year timeframe, don't worry. We can still service your jewellery with our lifetime repair service for a small fee. This will trigger a new 5-year warranty on your piece.
