No. Our engraved jewellery is not eligible for return unless it’s faulty.

Yes. All of our pieces - whether engraved or not - are covered by our 5-year warranty and lifetime repairs service.

All of our engravings are complimentary.

Our engraving is done in-house, which means it won’t affect your delivery time. As with our non-engraved jewellery, you can choose from Standard Delivery, Express Delivery or Nominated Day.

If a piece is engravable, you’ll see a small quill motif once you are on the product page.

Yes. You can have same-day engraving in-store at no additional cost.
