Yes - charms are included, as long as they're purchased during your welding appointment.

Yes - the 15% offer applies whether you're buying both bracelets for yourself or sharing with someone else.

If you're under 16, you must bring a parent or guardian with you to your appointment. We do not offer welded bracelets to anyone under 10 years of age.

Yes! Just book a regular welding appointment and we will add your selected charms. If you're looking for a particular charm, please call ahead to confirm availability.

No! A small leather pad is placed against the skin as an extra safety precaution, but even if the machine came into contact with the skin it wouldn't hurt.

Yes! Our permanent jewellery is covered by our 5 Year Warranty and Lifetime Repair Service. If you need further assistance, visit us in store or contact our Customer Care team.
