Altr are a lab grown diamond company who we have partnered with to grow our lab grown diamonds. The diamonds we use are grown using 100% certified renewable energy from Altr's own solar plant which powers the growing of the diamonds. Our diamonds are grown using the Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD) method, during which a diamond seed is placed in a vacuum chamber which is filled with gases heavy in carbon and heated to over 1,000 degrees. The heat turns the gas into plasma and this plasma builds the layers of the diamond. These layers form a rough diamond from which smaller diamonds are cut.
