Our rose gold vermeil styles are made by layering rose gold (which is a mixture of pure gold and copper) over 925 sterling silver.

We want your most-loved jewellery to last a lifetime, which is why we offer a 5-year warranty that covers every piece free of charge. After that, we offer a lifetime repairs service for a small fee, so you can wear your jewellery again and again.

Replating

If you notice your vermeil jewellery losing its colour over time, we're happy to re-plate it for you.

Resizing

Our rings can be resized up to two sizes higher or lower than their original measurement. Please note that several designs can't be resized due to their configuration, so please contact Customer Care if you're unsure.

Repairing

Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 5-year warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.

Please note while we're confident in the durability of our products, our 5-year warranty does not cover gifts with purchase or the MV Shirt.
