Replate, Resize & Repair

Replate
If your vermeil loses its colour over time, we'll replate it for you.
Reminder: our gold vermeil features a thick layer of 18k gold over sterling silver.

Resize
We can typically resize your ring up to two sizes smaller or larger. Select styles can't be resized due to their configuration, but if we have a replacement in the size you need, we'll swap it out.

Repair
We'll do our best to repair your piece. If repair isn't possible and you're within our 5-year warranty, we'll provide a replacement.

Received a gift?
If you have proof of purchase with an order number, enter it
