If you're under 16, you must bring a parent or guardian with you to your appointment. We do not offer welded bracelets to anyone under 10 years of age.

Yes! Just book a regular welding appointment and we will add your selected charms. If you're looking for a particular charm, please call ahead to confirm availability.

No! A small leather pad is placed against the skin as an extra safety precaution, but even if the machine came into contact with the skin it wouldn't hurt.

Our permanent jewellery is made from fine solid gold, so it should not cause you any problems going through airport security. Our team has been through airport security many times without any issues.  If you do need to remove your jewellery, use a strong pair of scissors on the jumpring. Keep hold of your chain, and you can visit us in store to have it rewelded. 

Due to the bespoke nature of this service, you will only be able to purchase your chain and charms in store. If you have your eye on a particular chain or charm, please contact customer care ahead of your visit to confirm availability.
