Once your 5-year warranty is up, we offer a lifetime repairs service for a small fee. From replating to resizing, we want to ensure you can wear your jewellery again and again.

Yes! Our 5-year warranty covers your purchase regardless of whether you bought it direct, from one of our partners or through our concessions. As long as you’ve got a valid proof of purchase, your jewellery is covered.
Don’t worry. If you're outside of the 5-year warranty (or you don't have your proof of purchase), we offer a lifetime repairs service for a small fee. The repairs service renews your warranty, so you'll be covered for another five years.
Depending on the severity of the issue, repairs can take anywhere between 1 and 12 weeks. Our Repairs Team will contact you once they've assessed the piece to let you know of any issues. If they can't repair it, we’ll ask you if you're happy with a replacement, then we'll get that sorted for you ASAP.
We accept gold or silver jewellery from any brand for our recycling programme. In exchange, you'll receive a £20/$20 voucher to use towards your next purchase with us.
We craft our jewellery using 100% recycled gold and sterling silver, as well as 100% recyclable packaging and reusable pouches. With a key focus on circularity, we're proud to offer a 5-year warranty, lifetime repairs service, and jewellery recycling scheme.
