No. Our engraved and monogrammed jewellery is not eligible for return unless it’s faulty.
Yes. All of our pieces - whether personalised or not - are covered by our 5-year warranty and lifetime repairs service.
Engraving and monogramming are complimentary.
Our engraving and monogramming are done in-house, which means they won’t affect your delivery time. As with our non-personalised jewellery, you can choose from Standard Delivery, Express Delivery or Nominated Day.
If a piece is personalisable, you’ll see a small quill motif once you are on the product page.
Yes. You can have same-day engraving or monogramming in-store at no additional cost.
