We are...
With Courageous Governance
Monica's integrity is shown in our collaborative governance framework. Our C-Suite leaders craft our mission and our Sustainability Steering Committee maps the path forward, keeping our team on-track and challenging the status quo. The diverse Green Team encourages shared learning, exchanged during quarterly meet-ups. And our We Belong Committee supports volunteering, work experience programmes and promotes Equity, Diversity and Inclusion across the business.
Delivering Visionary Leadership
We're committed to accelerating industry progress, with a pioneering approach and relentless determination. Our leadership team consistently pushes the boundaries of what's possible - while remaining honest about the work still ahead. Their collective vision for sustainability and responsible business is deeply embedded across everything we do. We're united by our shared ambition to become a force for good, facing industry challenges head on and being trailblazers for change.
Leading and Learning from Others
We know we cannot go on this journey alone, nor do we want to. This is why we partner with the Responsible Jewellery Council, Positive Luxury and the Watch & Jewellery Initiative 2030 - to identify and tackle industry-wide challenges head on. Our hope is to create a legacy that goes beyond our business, collaborating with and inspiring others to do better.
We Are...
Taking Lasting and Meaningful Action
We pair timeless designs with a circular approach, so your jewellery lasts a lifetime. We'll mend your pieces for free and buy back unwanted jewellery from any brand, so nothing goes to waste. As we grow, we're actively working to reduce our emissions, bringing our suppliers and partners along on the journey. We've invested in a life cycle assessment for our aquamarine sourced from Zimbaqua, helping us identify environmental impact hotspots and uncover new opportunities to lower them. Closer to home, we're giving back to nature through Monica's Meadow - a biodiversity regeneration project on the land surrounding our Holkham HQ.
Setting the Standard in Ethical Sourcing
Responsibly sourced materials are our non-negotiable. All of our new collections feature lab-grown diamonds, created using 100% renewable energy and with full supply chain visibility. This has helped us achieve a 22% reduction in emissions from diamonds this year. We only use 100% recycled silver and gold, and have two fully traceable gemstone sources: aquamarine and turquoise. Thanks to our manufacturers adopting more renewable energy, we've also achieved a 9% reduction in emissions from energy use across the supply chain.
Reimaging Supply Chains
We're bringing a new level of transparency to the jewellery industry - because without it, there's no chance for sustainability. Our Product Passport allows you to trace the origin of your jewellery, from design to doorstep. This is an industry-first, ensuring that each MV piece is crafted to the highest standards, without compromise. This year, we increased our number of traceable products by 44%.
We Are...
Promoting and Protecting Human Rights
We're dedicated to full visibility of our supply chain, so your jewellery never comes at a hidden human cost. Through annual audits, due diligence programmes and our supplier Code of Conduct, we can proteect the safety, security and welfare of all individuals, building a more responsible industry where people always come first. We're proud to launch the Leadership for Life programme with Emerging Leaders, supporting the personal and professional growth of our supply chain workers and driving lasting change.
Stronger Together
Our commitment to empowering communities goes far beyond our supply chain. We have the chance to change peoples' lives and invest in their future. From our longstanding partnership with Women for Women International (WfWI), to supporting our suppliers through Emerging Leaders training, and the time our team spends volunteering with local causes, we're creating the changes we want to see in the world.
Customer Obsessed
Seriously. We wouldn't be where we are today without your loyalty and support - we read every comment, respond to every query and welcome every suggestion. Constantly inspired by your uniqueness and the ways you style our pieces, everything we design is created with you in mind.
2026
We Commit To:

We care about jewellery. We care about people. We care about the environment.
Every action we take to become more sustainable is a demonstration of this care. We know there will always be more to do and we're ready for all the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. Thank you for being part of our journey so far.

I really appreciate having the time to work on things that aren't directly linked to my role, like being part of the Green Team, and that the company recognises the value in this."
