WHAT SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE?

ONLINE PURCHASE

Entering your email address and order number (found at the top of your Order Confirmation email) into our Online Portal will automatically generate the form and shipping label you need to send your jewellery back to us. If you can't find your order number you can also login to your account to see a list of all your orders.

In-store purchase

Enter your email address and order number (found at the top of your Warranty Confirmation email and starting with STO) into our Online Portal. We will automatically generate the form and shipping label you need to send your jewellery back to us.

If you don't have a Warranty Confirmation email but have an original Monica Vinader boutique printed receipt, a department store or partner receipt or any other form of proof of purchase (e.g. a bank statement), download and complete this form if you are in the UK, or this form if you are outside the UK. One of our Customer Care Team will be in touch once we receive your jewellery. Please remember to keep a copy of your proof of postage safe..

GIFT

If you have proof of purchase that includes an order number, enter this into our Online Portal. We will automatically generate the form and shipping label you need to send your jewellery back to us.

If you have a store or department store receipt please download and complete this form if you are in the UK, or this form if you are outside of the UK. One of our Customer Care Team will be in touch once we receive your jewellery. Please remember to keep a copy of your proof of postage safe. .

Alternatively if you did not receive a gift receipt please contact the purchaser for a copy of the proof of purchase. If you can't get this from them, then please contact us and we'll do our best to help!

No proof of purchase

If you can't find your proof of purchase, don't worry. You can still take advantage of our Lifetime Repair Service, for a small fee - this will also trigger a new 5-Year Warranty on your piece. To do so, please download and complete this form if you are in the UK, or this form if you are outside of the UK.

Once we receive your jewellery our Customer Care Team will be in touch. Please ensure you retain a copy of your proof of postage for your records.

Outside of warranty

If your piece is outside the 5 year timeframe don't worry, we can still service your jewellery with our Lifetime Repair Service, for a small fee. This will also trigger a new 5-Year Warranty on your piece.

To take advantage of this service simply follow the relevant process above. Once we have received your piece our Customer Care Team will be in touch to confirm the final cost before we begin.
