Gift Guides Personalisation Engraving

Luxury Gift Box

A keepsake box presented with a deluxe ribbon. Inside you'll find our signature reusable pouch and box - wrapped in tissue paper and sealed with an MV sticker.

The box itself, as well as the sticker and tissue paper, are all fully recyclable.

Gift Bag

Our gift bag option includes a fully recyclable box and MV sticker, as well as our signature reusable pouch.

The bag will be delivered flat so you can prepare your gift at home. You'll have the option to choose one gift bag in total, or one gift bag per item in your order.

 

Minimal Packaging

Our most sustainable option. Our minimal packaging option includes a reusable pouch to store your jewellery, and a fully recyclable box.

 
We offer three packaging options: Minimal Packaging, Gift Bag or Luxury Gift Box. Our Minimal Packaging is our most sustainable option. It includes a reusable pouch to store your jewellery, and a fully recyclable box. This comes as standard with every order. Our Gift Bag option features a recyclable gift bag and sticker. The gift bag is delivered flat so that you can prepare your gift yourself. You’ll have the option to add one gift bag in total, or one gift bag per item in your order. Our Luxury Gift Box option includes a keepsake box, as well as tissue paper and a sticker. It also features a polishing cloth, reusable pouch and deluxe ribbon. The box itself, as well as the sticker and tissue paper, are all fully recyclable. All three options can include a blank gift note for you to add a hand-written message.
Our Minimal Packaging is free of charge, our Gift Bag costs £2.50, and our Luxury Gift Box costs £4.95.
No. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we operate a paperless dispatch system. To exchange a gift, the giftee will need the order number - this can be found on your web order confirmation email/WhatsApp or web order dispatch email/WhatsApp.
Yes. Gifts will be refunded to the original payment card or can be exchanged via our website with the order reference number. Engraved or monogrammed pieces are non-refundable unless faulty.
Yes. All of our pieces are covered by our 5-year warranty and lifetime repairs service.
Our Minimal Packaging and Gift Bag options are available in-store, however our Luxury Gift Box is currently not available.
