This is why we partner with the Responsible Jewellery Council, Positive Luxury and the Watch & Jewellery Industry 2030 - to identify and tackle industry-wide challenges head on. Our hope is to create a legacy that goes beyond out business, collaborating with and inspiring others to do better.

Taking Lasting and Meaningful Action

We pair timeless designs with a circular approach, so your jewellery lasts a lifetime. We'll mend your pieces for free and buy back unwanted jewellery from any brand, so nothing goes to waste. Our business is growing, but we've got a plan to reduce our emissions - and we're bringing our suppliers and partners on the journey. Meanwhile, we're regenerating local land with Monica's Meadow, a biodiversity project at our Holkham HQ.

Setting the standard in ethical sourcing

Responsibly sourced materials are our non-negotiable. Our latest collection features lab-grown diamonds, created using 100% renewable energy and with full supply chain visibility. It's the start of us drastically reducing our footprint and continuing to disrupt industry standards. We only use 100% recycled silver and gold, and over half of our gemstone styles have been traced back to their mined origin, leaving no doubt about where they came from.

We're bringing a new level of transparency to the jewellery industry - because without it, there's no chance for sustainability. Our Product Passport allows you to trace the origin of your jewellery, from design to doorstep. This is an industry-first, ensuring that each MV piece is crafted to the highest standards, without compromise.

Promoting and Protecting Human Rights

We're dedicated to full visibility of our supply chain, so your jewellery never comes at a hidden human cost. Through annual audits, due diligence programmes and our supplier Code of Conduct, we can protect the safety, security and welfare of all individuals, building a more responsible industry where people always come first.

Stronger Together

Our commitment to empowering communities goes far beyond our supply chain. We have the chance to change peoples' lives and invest in their futures. From our longstanding partnership with Women for Women International (WfWI), to supporting LGBTQ+ charities including The Trevor Project and Stonewall UK, and the time our team spends volunteering with local causes, we're creating the changes we want to see in the world.
