What are the dates of the Summer Sale?
The Summer Sale starts on Monday 12 June 2017 and will end on Monday 26th June 2017.

Is the Summer Sale in store and online?
The Sale is available online at www.monicavinader.com

Monica Vinader boutiques and selected department stores will be taking part in the Sale from 12 June 2017. Please note, some items in the Sale are only available online.

It says out of stock on the website, is this definitely out of stock?
Yes

Do you have any other sizes apart from what is showing on the website?
The only sizes that we have available are the ones showing on our website

I had an item in my basket but now it won't let me order it?
The item you selected has most likely gone out of stock. Items placed in the basket are not reserved until they have been purchased

If an item comes back into stock, can you hold it for me and let me know?
Unfortunately we have so many requests that we are unable to do this

Will there be further reductions?
As with all Sale periods there is a chance of further reductions. All Sale pieces are limited availability, please make sure you are signed up to the Monica Vinader newsletter to ensure you are notified of further discounts

Will there be any more items added to the Sale / will this item be added to the Sale?
As with all Sale periods there is a chance further lines will be added. Please make sure you are signed up to the Monica Vinader newsletter to ensure you are notified of new additions to the Sale

Can Sale items be engraved?
Yes, Sale items can be engraved, please follow the prompts next to the engravable piece

Can I use a Discount Code on Sale item?
Discount codes can be applied to full priced items only, they cannot be used on an item discounted in the Sale

I have forgotten my Password, how do I reset this?
To reset your password, please click here and enter your email address followed by selecting 'Reset Password' to receive your password reset email with the next steps to allow you access to your MV account.

Can I have my Sale items gift wrapped?
We offer a full gift wrapping service on Sale items. Please select this option in step two of the checkout process you are able to 'add gift options' to your order, including a personal gift card and our signature gift bags.
