Refer-a-Friend Programme

We currently do not have a refer a friend scheme running. For updates please sign up to our newsletter.

I've referred someone. How do I know whether they've bought anything and whether I've got a reward?
We will email as soon as any rewards are due. The email will have come from info@mention-me.com as Mention Me are the company who manage our refer-a-friend scheme for us.
It is also possible to see the status of your referrals on your dashboard. You can find a link to your sharing dashboard at the bottom of the email you receive when you sign up for our refer-a-friend scheme.

I placed an order and have referred my friends. Can I apply the reward code to the order I have already placed?
The reward code we send is a thank you for referring your friends to the brand, so it cannot be applied on previous orders.

Can I use my reward code on sale items?
The reward code cannot be applied on sale items, or in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.

Is my refer a friend code still valid?
Yes, you are still welcome to use your existing refer a friend code subject to validity. This will be valid on full price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or sale items.

When will the refer a friend scheme be active again?
We currently do not have a planned date to re introduce the scheme.

Do you have any other Refer a Friend schemes running?
We do not have any alternative Refer a Friend schemes in place.

I have referred my Friend but I have not yet received my code, will I still get this?
Once your friend has placed an order with us, we will send you your 15% discount code as a thank you for referring them to us! This will still happen.
