To keep your items looking pristine, ask for a complimentary microfibre polishing cloth in store or contact our Customer Care team, who will happily send one to you.

We offer complimentary engraving on your gifts online or in-store while you wait, so you can make every piece even more personal. And if you later decide you'd like to engrave a piece you already own, just give us a call, or pop in store.

If your jewellery needs repair or replating within two years, let us know, and we'll provide a full repair service, free of charge. The simplest way is online, but you can also do so in-store or via our Customer Care team. If your ring is the wrong size, we can replace with another available size, otherwise we'll happily resize it for you within three sizes up or down.

It's ok if you change your mind! Simply visit one of our stores or follow our online process, send your jewellery back to us with proof of purchase within 30 days, and we'll be happy to offer you an exchange or refund. If you're in the UK, returns are free. Internationally, there's a small charge for shipping.
