All our orders are giftwrapped in our beautiful packaging and sent via courier, with a signature required on receipt.

- International Shipping (£10) – orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.We ship to the following countries outside the UK: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Isle of Man, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jersey, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates and the USA.
Please note that any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to certain countries are the responsibility of the customer.
- Out of stock items will be shipped within 6-8 weeks. Delivery time will be slightly longer for orders outside of the UK.
- Please note our couriers do not deliver on weekends.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can track your order by logging into My Account. Tracking details are available from the moment your order is despatched from us to signed receipt at final destination. This includes international tracking.
ENGRAVING SERVICE
- We offer a complimentary engraving service on selected items. Enter your engraving message or choose from our motifs on the relevant product page.
- You can receive your engraved items the next working day in the UK, on orders made before 1pm, when the next day delivery service is selected at checkout.
