TINA ON NEW YEAR RITUALS, TUXEDO SUITS AND A LOVE OF FOOD

What's your favourite thing about Wan Chai?
I love Star Street and the streets surrounding it. In the hustle and bustle of Wan Chai, this area is much quieter and seems almost removed from 'normal' Wan Chai. This cute, almost hippie-like place has interesting stores and restaurants to while away the day.

In three words, describe Hong Kong style.
Modern, practical, adaptable.

What one style essential could you not live without?
My black double-breasted tuxedo suit.

Silver, gold, rose gold, or all of the above?
Rose gold is my must-have metal. It's the best of all worlds!

What's your favourite gemstone colour for winter?
Either grey agate or dendritic agate.

Rose Gold is my must have metal. It’s the best of all worlds!

What's your MV must-have?
The Fiji Full Diamond Bracelet in rose gold.

Do you have any rituals for Chinese New Year?
My family and I would always visit my father's family members on the first day, then my mother's on the second. Besides receiving red pockets from all married couples, there would also be a lot of mahjong playing and eating involved!

How will you be celebrating Chinese New Year?
I think I'll either be at New York Fashion Week, or somewhere in Europe celebrating with friends over a delicious Chinese meal!

What will you be wearing?
No idea just yet! I hardly ever plan ahead and am very spontaneous with my outfits!

Tell us about your happiest Chinese New Year memory.
Eating and more eating with my immediate family! What can I say? We love to eat!
