UK Returns Procedure

We want to give you a hassle-free way to return anything, and returns are free for UK customers. If for any reason you wish to exchange or return an item purchased online, please follow the steps below:

1. Complete your Exchange/Returns Form on the back on your delivery note.

2. Enclose the delivery note with the product, and package up securely. Please use original packaging and remove the original labels.

3. Use the pre-paid Royal Mail Returns label enclosed with the delivery note and take your return to the Post Office. Obtain a certificate of postage from the Post Office.

4. Please allow 7 working days from the posting date for us to credit your account. We will refund the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

Please note that you only need to return the items you wish to exchange or receive
a refund for. If you have created a necklace using the Necklace Builder, and wish to exchange or return just one part of the necklace, you only need to return this part.

Please note that engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is faulty.

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If an item is missing or damaged, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible with your order confirmation number to hand.

Monica Vinader cannot accept responsibility for items returned to us without a completed Exchange/Returns Form or proof of purchase.

Goods purchased online may be exchanged at our Mayfair, Canary Wharf and Chelsea Boutiques if accompanied by the original despatch paperwork and packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to process a refund for online returns in our stores at this time.
